Wishy, a new band on the block, originates from Indiana and is the creation of indie stalwarts Kevin Krauter and Nina Pitchkites. For their live shows, they have added guitarist Dimitri Morris, bass player Mitch Collins, and drummer Conner Host to their ensemble.
Sharing their passion for the distinctive sounds of the alternative scene of the 90s, Wishy crafts a curious mix of pop-rock interspersed with hints of deep self-reflection. Their latest release, an EP called “Paradise” is a genuine sonic tapestry blending genres such as dream pop, shoegaze, and grunge.
