Max Chaos crawls out of Canada’s frozen wasteland with a debut single that’ll rearrange your face. Released on Friday the 13th because why not lean into the chaos, this track captures all the rage you’ve been bottling up about life’s daily nonsense.

Max’s voice is the real deal here – he can growl like a monster then flip to clean vocals that actually sound human, not like some cookie-cutter metal robot. His guitar riffs bite hard while Justin Kills pounds the drums like he’s settling personal scores. When their producer told Max to ditch bass duties for someone who knew their stuff, enter Karlos Doom to round out the attack.

The whole thing gets the professional treatment from Dan McConomy and mastering wizard Maor Appelbaum, so it sounds massive despite being an indie effort. You can tell these guys aren’t just throwing noise at the wall – there’s actual songcraft underneath the brutality.

With ten more tracks coming on their “Order of Mayhem” album, Max Chaos might just carve out their own corner of the metal world. “Ride The Wave” proves they’ve got the chops and the attitude to back up their big talk. Follow Max Chaos on Instagram for updates on their upcoming releases.
