Reina Mora’s new “Cielo” EP is basically two songs about completely different types of love, and honestly, both hit hard. This Puerto Rican artist living in LA just gets it when it comes to messy emotions.
“Adicción” is straight-up about lust and all the bad decisions that come with it. Reina sings like she’s been there, done that, and probably regrets nothing. Her voice has this confident edge that matches the whole vibe of chasing after someone who’s probably trouble.
“Cielo Azul” goes the opposite direction – slow, steady love that freaks you out because it might actually last. Reina’s vocals get softer here but somehow more intense.
Both songs are in Spanish, which just works better for this kind of storytelling. Some feelings don’t translate well, and Mora clearly knows which language fits each emotion. Follow Reina Mora on Instagram @ReinaMoraMusic for more updates.
