Crafted from a desire to explore a heavier sound and channel pent-up energy, the track delivers a robust auditory experience. The recording process was quite informal, the artist was lying on the sofa, observing nature, and using Bluetooth headphones instead of traditional studio equipment. This gives the music a very natural and real feel to it.
The fact that the song has already received airplay from some of the most popular DJs in the UK and the fact that the festival season is just around the corner, it is safe to say that “Down” is set to be a hit. Personally, I find this release to be a refreshing and powerful expression of artistic energy.
