The titular song is the most impactful one, acting as a cathartic warning of the consequences of addiction. A solid bass line, drum beats, and dreamscape guitar work come together to produce a rich chorus. As a song like “Dirty Dog” touches on the pain of sexual assault, it provides the victims with a way to empower themselves and join the chorus. This EP’s production is excellent as it highlights the band’s skill of combining powerful vocals with massive instrumentation sounds. Jane N’ The Jungle is truly a game changer with their bold statement in “Life of the Party,” solidifying their musical abilities and creativity.
