Caden Stone’s latest track “For The Devil” kicks off with a bassline that practically growls, then explodes into a chorus that’ll have you singing along whether you want to or not. Caden’s voice has this great rough edge to it, and the guitars are messy in all the right ways, and the drums hit hard enough to make your neighbors complain.
The whole thing clocks in at just the right length, long enough to get under your skin but short enough that you’ll immediately want to play it again. Caden has figured out how to make music that sounds both pissed off and irresistible, which isn’t easy to pull off. You can tell this guy has been living his music rather than just writing it. “For The Devil” feels authentic in a way that’s becoming harder to find.
