Matt C. White’s “Creepshow Peepshow: Act I” is a rough-edged, genre-blending EP that draws listeners into a world of strange stories and outsider voices. White combines the energy of Redfang, the experimental edge of The Jesus Lizard, and the trippy riffs of King Gizzard and The Sword to make music that’s both familiar and exciting. Every song feels like a brief movie — dark, intense, and full of feeling — all made in the cozy setting of his home studio.
